Job Summary

Manage a regional sales territory covering around 90 stores, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You drive Reckitt objectives in point of sale (HM, SM, drives) by ensuring the execution and maximization of negotiated central actions, negotiating additional in-store initiatives, and controlling 3P merchandising performance. You oversee product presence, promotions, events with PLV, planogram and shelf/linear implementations using provided field tools, including tablet applications.

•Execute merchandising policies on the ground: planogram display, PLV placement, and linear positioning based on priorities
