Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field experience.

  • •Proven success driving strategic technology development and modernization to meet evolving business needs.
  • •Strong experience coordinating and facilitating sprint planning and story pointing processes.
  • •Strong coaching/mentoring and communication skills, with the ability to understand project scope and put teams in place to execute.
