Key Responsibilities

•Maintain inventory and tools in serviceable condition by exchanging broken tools, requesting repairs, requisitioning supplies, and monitoring inventory levels.
•Receive, inspect, and verify items against requisitioning and accompanying forms to identify discrepancies; process discrepancy items into a holding area.
•Pick up, deliver, load/unload, pack/unpack, and prepare parts/materials for shipment, including handling hazardous materials and reading shipping instructions/regulations.
•Set up and maintain stock room/inventory facilities, including proper storage methods, identification, and stock location; sort salvage/scrap items.
•Complete required paperwork and coordinate with inventory records personnel and management for audits, overdue items, and shortages.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, plus either 2 years of college or a trade/technical certificate, or 12+ months of warehouse/supply experience involving receiving, shipping, and binning by parts and serial number.

•Ability to pass required qualifying tests, including hazardous material handling.
•Ability to read/write legibly for forms and messages, and identify part numbers, invoice, bill of lading, and shipper numbers; basic arithmetic and basic computer skills.
•Must meet FAA criminal background checks for unescorted SIDA access and be able to obtain required airport authority/US Customs security badges.
