Legal Counsel, Employment

Provide strategic employment law counsel as part of the Employment Law Team, partnering closely with the People team and stakeholders across a fast-paced defense technology organization. Advise on recruiting, hiring, termination, employee relations, wage and hour, accommodations, benefits, compensation, and immigration. Draft and maintain global employment policies and agreements, support investigations and agency inquiries, and help outside counsel manage employment claims aligned to company priorities.
