Key Responsibilities

  • •Raise the bar on IT service with an AI-first operating model, including self-service provisioning, deflection, proactive remediation, and improved onboarding/offboarding for ~800 employees.
  • •Architect and own identity, endpoints, and zero-trust end to end by evolving Okta and Jamf into an enterprise-grade access layer in partnership with Security.
  • •Govern the SaaS/tooling portfolio as a strategic asset by bringing ROI accountability and vendor governance across 200+ applications.
  • •Own major incidents end to end by leading high-severity IT operational incident response, root-cause analysis, and prevention; partner on containment and remediation with Security.
  • •Translate company direction into an IT roadmap and build/scale the IT org into a tiered, globally distributed function (player-coach); set and enforce access, procurement, and security policies across stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,500 - 287,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in IT/Systems Engineering, with 3+ years managing engineers and experience scaling IT in a high-growth, fully remote environment.
  • •Deep hands-on expertise with Okta (SSO, SCIM, OIDC, SAML, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, lifecycle automation).
  • •Deep hands-on expertise with Jamf (device trust, EDR) plus experience with SaaS governance at scale.
  • •Experience using AI and/or automation in IT or security operations as core infrastructure.
  • •Partnered with Security on zero trust, enterprise access controls, and compliance (e.g., SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001), with enough technical depth to own controls and evidence.
