Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed directly with customers to integrate Kalepa’s software into their systems and ensure they receive full value from the platform.
  • •Propose technical approaches, build solutions, and adapt integrations as customers’ systems and data needs evolve.
  • •Turn each client’s problem into a working solution with alignment from the broader engineering/product/customer success team.
  • •Build and operate integrations using external-facing APIs and third-party system interfaces.
  • •Drive results through hands-on development, analytics, strategy, and ongoing experimentation.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally working directly with customers.
