Senior Consultant to join the Real Estate Advisory team, delivering tailored estate strategies, business cases and real estate change recommendations for UK public and private sector clients. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, build client relationships, and translate complex real estate data into compelling proposals across Scotland and nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions for real problems.
•Conduct in-depth research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support the development of business cases and estate solutions.
•Provide expert advice on the latest real estate and sector industry trends to clients.
•Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Scotland, identifying new opportunities and preparing compelling proposals.

Key Requirements

•Essential: In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
•Essential: 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment.
•Essential: Proven experience of authoring strategic documentation including Business Cases and/or Estate Strategies for Real Estate change and investment.
•Essential: Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
•Essential: Knowledge of, and Track Record within, at least one of the following industries – Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education/ Commercial, including an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procurement.
