Job Summary

Lead customer success for driver partners within Moove’s Operations team by training and managing onboarding and customer success representatives. Monitor drivers’ performance and provide daily check-ins, including resolving issues while drivers are in transit. Manage inbound and outbound driver communications, run driver surveys, and compile data to drive retention and churn metrics. Ensure drivers follow company rules and receive the right information while maintaining accountability for fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

•Train, manage, and closely work with Onboarding, Sales Executives, and Customer Success Executives.
•Monitor drivers’ performance and conduct daily check-ins to gauge drivers’ pulse.
•Support drivers and solve driver issues while drivers are in transit.
•Handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct driver surveys, and compile survey data.
•Ensure drivers obey company rules and receive the right information while maintaining accountability for Moove vehicles.

Key Requirements

•Degree in any discipline.
•4+ years of experience in customer care/support roles in the fleet industry (preferably 4 wheeler).
•Experience in the transportation industry is an added advantage.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
•Ability to manage people and pay close attention to details.
