Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for larger and more complex projects, ensuring contributors know responsibilities and timelines.
  • •Prepare and oversee project budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs; monitor hours/expenses and manage contractual obligations.
  • •Lead development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost, and change management and control.
  • •Serve as the client-facing WSP representative, provide regular project reporting, identify issues, and mentor staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management or Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience in an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in project management within the industry.
  • •Highly proficient understanding of project delivery processes, including experience managing projects through delivery models such as DBB, EPC, and PDB.
  • •Advanced analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills to bridge business and project management.
  • •Advanced interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills; experience guiding mid- to senior-level team or project members with QA/QC adherence.
