Store Manager

Lead day-to-day store performance by guiding retail staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while delivering high levels of customer service. Implement store operating procedures and brand/company policies, manage inventory and stockrooms to minimize stock loss, and maintain visual merchandising standards. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales, supervise store operations, and provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding employees and products.
