Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly business targets such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
  • •Set and drive sales and service targets, motivating team members to work together to achieve store goals.
  • •Create personalized shopping experiences, stay current on products and technology, and ensure customer questions are addressed accurately.
  • •Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and check inventory daily to ensure products are stocked and merchandised to brand standards.
  • •Open and close the store, secure assets, maintain clean back-stock and employee areas, and support store administration and retail initiatives.
