Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming Qantas Group employee and business manager queries related to staff and duty travel benefits.
  • •Create, manage, and refund Qantas and interline bookings as required.
  • •Provide exceptional service using knowledge of Staff Travel and Duty Travel Program Conditions.
  • •Deliver accurate, methodical support while juggling multiple priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an IATA Fares and Ticketing 1 & 2 certificate or a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • •Have previous airline industry experience in reservations and ticketing.
  • •Be familiar with airline reservation systems; Amadeus is highly regarded.
  • •Demonstrate proven customer service ability, ideally in a contact centre environment.
  • •Show strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
