Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development/commercialization for one or more categories to ensure fit, comfort, design integrity, performance, perceived value, manufacturability, and quality exceed customer expectations.
  • •Provide technical expertise to transition design into samples and production while meeting manufacturability, material selection/standards, development timelines, and cost to target.
  • •Manage continuous upgrades of technical applications and processes and implement new technology in development and engineering.
  • •Oversee relationships with factory development team leaders and factories to upgrade sports-category competence, development innovation capability, and technical expertise.
  • •Oversee direct development between HQ/Creation Center and Tier 1 factories, managing cross-functional sourcing functions to keep product integrity and Create to Value as the top priority.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering or related areas.
  • •Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in at least 2 functions.
  • •Strong project management skills to drive LO/regional projects within scope of production.
  • •Strong influencing, people, presentation, and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong Microsoft Office skills.
