Job Summary

Support the Massive Creator Management and Creator Education teams in delivering creator-facing resources and in-app communications for ByteDance’s e-commerce creator ecosystem. Help organize, update, and distribute materials across the Creator Center, inbox notifications, and banners, and assist with scalable communication workflows and cross-functional launches. Key Responsibilities

•Support the Massive Creator Management and Creator Education teams in delivering creator resources and in-app communications.
•Organize, update, and distribute creator-facing materials across the E-commerce Creator Center, in-app inbox notifications, and banners/internal platforms.
•Help execute operational and communication workflows for creator programs at scale.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to support resource launches and updates.
•Assist with light design edits to creator-facing materials as needed and ensure communications are clear, timely, accurate, and aligned with program goals.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled university student with a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field.
•Strong written communication skills for creator-facing copy and internal documentation.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership and accountability.
•Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe, Canva, or similar design software.
•Basic knowledge of OBS or livestream/broadcasting setups.
