Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Solicit and evaluate bids for technical and commercial compliance. Lead negotiations for purchase agreements and manage the selection of critical suppliers.
•Contract Management: Build and cultivate long-term partner relationships, including the execution and governance of NMDA’s and MSAs.
•End-to-End Logistics: Track delivery statuses, arrange transportation, and coordinate off-loading for site-critical materials.
•Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and material innovations to identify new sources of supply and mitigate price volatility.
•Operations & Inventory: Oversee inventory management and fleet coordination to ensure 100% material availability for field teams while optimizing warehouse efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of dedicated procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in an industrial, energy, or infrastructure environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree).
•Proven ability to manage complex RFPs, evaluate bid leveling, and navigate ERP systems.
•Experience with strategic sourcing, negotiations for purchase agreements, and supplier management.
•A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
