Job Summary

Design and operate API-driven data services that connect operational systems, synchronize data reliably, and land curated datasets in Snowflake. Build integration platforms and event-driven/GraphQL/REST APIs using Hasura as the operational database layer. Lead automation for ingestion, monitoring, recovery, observability, and reliability while implementing secure exchange protocols (SFTP/HTTPS) and infrastructure-as-code on AWS. Partner with Data Engineers and Implementation teams to ensure end-to-end data flow.

•Design and improve data delivery pipelines across AWS (S3, Lambda, EventBridge, CloudWatch).
•Build and maintain integration platforms and services exposing and consuming REST/GraphQL/event-driven APIs with clear contracts, versioning, and observability.
•Develop reusable infrastructure-as-code patterns (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automate ingestion, monitoring, and recovery processes.
•Design and implement secure, scalable APIs in Node.js and TypeScript to support virtual care workflows.
•Establish observability and reliability practices: metrics/dashboards, alerting, root-cause analysis, logging/error-handling standards, and SLA enforcement, while maintaining audit trails and compliance documentation.
