Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for a mortgage lending product area from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • •Lead continuous discovery via customer interviews, usage analytics, and partner input to identify high-value problems.
  • •Write PRDs and user stories that enable engineering teams to build confidently, and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to OKRs.
  • •Define and monitor product KPIs using data to inform prioritization and demonstrate business impact.
  • •Partner across Engineering, Design/UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance as the domain expert to align teams and unblock delivery.
