Job Summary

Lead BIM and digital delivery for real estate clients across organisational, programme, and project levels. Capture client requirements, author BIM strategies and documentation aligned to industry best practice (including ISO 19650), and guide implementation through stakeholder workshops, risk mitigation, and data verification. Manage and support teams where needed, peer review colleagues’ work, contribute to bids and business development, and research emerging technologies to improve delivery and operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Capture client requirements and develop BIM strategies, documentation, and workflows aligned to industry best practice.
•Lead and manage BIM implementation and rollout across programmes and projects, including information management and supply chain management.
•Communicate BIM strategies and workflows to stakeholders and facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
•Identify and mitigate digital risks, perform BIM compliance checking and data verification, and peer review colleagues’ outputs.
•Lead/manage teams when needed, write detailed reports, support knowledge management, and contribute to bids and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Consultancy background with experience in the design process and procurement routes in a relevant industry.
•Strong understanding of BIM industry standards and best practice, including ISO 19650, and international BIM standards.
•Working knowledge of BIM documentation, common data environments, and roles/responsibilities in BIM-enabled projects.
•Experience with 3D modelling software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) and 3D model interrogation/clash detection tools (e.g., Solibri, Navisworks).
•Ability to define and write BIM strategies and implementation plans, with clear communication to project stakeholders.
