Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, coordinate, and oversee planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of paving and roadway construction projects.
  • •Run crews and manage project budgets, schedules (including 2-week and 90-day), and customer relationships from bid handoff through closeout.
  • •Manage changes, specs, and change order tracking/estimating; review progress and costs weekly.
  • •Coordinate material, truck, equipment moves, subcontractors, and traffic control; track quantities, costs, and infield reviews.
