Employment Counsel (EMEA) is the primary employment legal advisor for the region, partnering with People and business leaders to support our international workforce and scale the global employment function. The role can be based at the London hub or remote in the United Kingdom. You’ll draft and update employment documentation, advise on complex employee relations, design scalable policies, support international expansion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliant growth.
