Key Responsibilities

•Schedule coordination: Organize, coordinate, and supervise working schedules and rotations at gaming tables in Turkish, ensuring smooth operational flow and attendance.
•HR collaboration: Work closely with the HR department and Team Managers to handle time-off requests, approve schedules, and ensure Turkish-language positions are filled to meet staffing requirements.
•Reporting and administration: Create daily staffing reports in Turkish, verify work hours and time-off requests, and manage administrative tasks as directed by Supervisors or Upper Management.
•Staffing plans: Develop and maintain effective staffing plans in Turkish to ensure adequate coverage for all business units.
•Attendance tracking: Monitor and track attendance in Turkish, ensuring adherence to schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements.
