Sales Associate, Temporary Part-Time - South Coast Plaza

Seasonal Sales Associates help drive individual sales goals while delivering an elevated, customer-first in-store experience. The role includes engaging customers to generate clientele, sharing product knowledge and sustainability stories, and maintaining brand standards on the selling floor. You’ll support inventory accuracy, participate in loss prevention, track customer experience feedback via NPS, and uphold time-and-attendance and a healthy, productive work environment.
