Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technical relationships with target end-customer accounts and OEM partners, and win new client/workstation opportunities using AMD technology.
  • •Provide technical assistance across pre-sales and development support, including optimizing workloads and applications on AMD-based commercial solutions.
  • •Build technical presentations, documentation, and training for OEMs, partners, prospects, and internal AMD stakeholders.
  • •Handle technical escalations, align with OEM partner support teams, and accelerate issue resolution for post-sales account technical problems.
  • •Lead evaluation and qualification activities: design and manage evaluation plans, install/test solutions as needed, and communicate technical differentiation versus competitors.

Key Requirements

  • •Technology-related bachelor’s degree (e.g., Engineering or Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 4 years of system architecture and/or platform development experience.
  • •Strong experience in leading IT/technology sales engineers and managing complex, cross-functional problems.
  • •Strong understanding of platform development from concept to production, including CPU/system architecture, benchmarks, and platform enablement.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of client hardware/software ecosystems (OS such as Windows/Linux, compilers, drivers, BIOS, and validation workloads).
