Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, and posting related transactions.
  • •Receive and process loan payments; cash checks and other negotiable instruments; examine documents for endorsements and negotiability.
  • •Process transfers between accounts, sell traveler's checks/official checks/money orders, and process credit card cash advances.
  • •Verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and adhere to teller procedures and compliance requirements.
  • •Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, maintain customer privacy, complete required reports/records, and assist with training/orientation and other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate (or equivalent).
  • •At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred; previous Teller experience preferred.
  • •Understanding of bank operations preferred.
  • •Good communication skills, professional appearance, and attitude.
  • •Good math and typing skills; ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
