Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and interpret technical drawings and company product catalogs, verifying data through physical equipment checks, assembly, disassembly, manufacturing and maintenance considerations.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment at the company workshop or client sites, including disassembly, cleaning, component replacement, assembly, and recommending technical/operational solutions to prevent wear or frequent breakages.
  • •Carry out tool calibration through operation simulations and torque-capability tests, verifying target levels and adjusting as needed to ensure operational performance.
  • •Prepare technical reports detailing probable failures or wear and proposed process improvements, and send to customers.
  • •Assess and inspect equipment for maintenance needs, determine parts replacement requirements, estimate useful life, and coordinate with relevant departments for estimates and customer quotes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; Technical training in Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics or Electromechanics; At least 3 years experience maintenance of drilling and transport equipment; Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office); Desirable experience in process improvement
