Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick and deliver necessary materials to appropriate workstations or locations efficiently and responsively.
  • •Address internal department requests for material delivery promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
  • •Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently and report deviations (Safety, Quality, Parts, Equipment, etc.) to Digital Status Boards immediately.
  • •Participate in Daily Status Board Meetings by explaining deviations and proposing solutions, and drive continuous improvements including 5S routines.
  • •Cross-train in multiple pick units and get certified to safely operate forklifts and manlifts as required, including working at varying heights.
