Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of food and beverage outlets, kitchen areas, dinnerware, and equipment.
  • •Manage setup and takedown of select kitchen and outlet areas.
  • •Establish rotating cleaning calendars for special cleaning projects and oversee staff cleaning.
  • •Ensure proper staffing, minimize cost, and maintain stewarding stock, requisitions, and distribution/storage of supplies.
  • •Recruit and select candidates, provide orientation/training, and deliver coaching and feedback to meet performance objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year management experience in full service stewarding operations.
  • •3 years experience in hotel food and beverage.
  • •High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with hotel employees and managers.
  • •Basic computer skills in MS Office, reservation systems, and point of sale systems.
