•5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
•Hands-on experience with software development lifecycles, APIs, or system architecture
•Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ability to engage with engineering teams on trade-offs and roadmap prioritization
•Experience reading or writing code, working with data pipelines, or using SQL for product analytics is valued but not required
