  • •Achieve assigned sales and orders objectives for applicable Eaton products and services within Eastern Ontario.
  • •Implement sales plans and growth strategies to meet annual performance objectives.
  • •Prepare sales proposals and value propositions aligned to customer needs and expectations.
  • •Develop bid strategies and quotations using price and delivery guidelines to improve sales volume and margins.
  • •Provide customer relationship management and sales/technical support to drive sustainable growth across accounts and channels.

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma or university degree, or a Red Seal Electrician ticket from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of sales or customer-facing work experience.
  • •Work in Canada without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
  • •Preferred: training/education in electrical fields (e.g., Electrical Engineering Technology, Power Systems Engineering) and 5 years of technical experience in the electrical industry; plus P Eng or CET designation.
