Senior Consultant - Operations Generalist

Lead high-impact operations consulting engagements for clients across industries, managing projects end-to-end with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client satisfaction. Analyze client and industry information to shape tailored operations strategies, schedules, and workstreams, including transformation and change management. Work directly with senior leadership, guide module teams and junior consultants through coaching and training, and develop delivery documents and capability-building materials. Travel to client locations as needed.
