Supervisor Attractions, Super Nintendo World™ - Mario Kart

Supervise daily operations of a themed attraction, partnering with the Attractions Manager and Assistant Manager to develop a lead team and ensure high guest and team member satisfaction. Oversee duty management, safety programs, incident response, and guest-flow efficiency during park hours and special events. Support scheduling reviews, uphold company policies and union agreements, and help maintain artistic/thematic integrity while troubleshooting issues in real time.
