Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Lifestyle & Youth Apparel Design Team in elevating design expression and creating best-in-industry youth lifestyle apparel.
  • •Contribute to seasonal research, tool updates, concepts, product design and tech-packing for moderately complex products.
  • •Collaborate on design deliverables, including presentation tools, concepts, and seasonal gate reviews with feedback loops.
  • •Apply knowledge of brand aesthetic, materials/technologies, fit and silhouette, and cost engineering to meet consumer and business needs.
  • •Work cross-functionally to manage multiple timelines and deliver seasonal product design work for Snow/Climb/Trail and lifestyle territories through a kid-appropriate lens.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •4+ years of experience in apparel design; preferred experience in Youth.
  • •Strong apparel product development acumen across design, development, sourcing and manufacturing.
  • •Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Good sketching and tech-pack creation skills with strong attention to detail.
