Principal Consultant (Organisational Design/ Effectiveness) – Programme Advisory (OTM)

Lead and co-lead organisational effectiveness and operating model interventions within complex programme transformations, aligning strategy to structure, ways of working, and measurable outcomes. Diagnose current state using OD and cultural diagnostic methods, shape transition plans and people-centred change, and manage programme delivery logistics and governance. Contribute to proposals and thought leadership, build trusted senior client relationships, coach colleagues, and drive knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
