Key Responsibilities

  • •Mount and balance new tires and wheels according to manufacturer and company specifications.
  • •Safely operate tire mounting, balancing, and related shop equipment.
  • •Inspect tires, wheels, valve stems, and completed assemblies for proper installation, condition, and quality.
  • •Verify completed work meets established quality and safety standards before release.
  • •Maintain tire and wheel inventory and keep the workstation clean, organized, and properly stocked; assist with other operational functions as needed.
