Job Summary

Drive flavor innovation for Thailand’s snacks and instant noodle market by developing and optimizing seasoning blends tailored to Thai consumer preferences. Design seasoning systems for powders, oils, and pastes, and lead product development from concept through pilot trials to commercialization. Partner with customers to turn briefs into commercially viable solutions, monitor trends, run sensory and competitive evaluations, and collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimize seasoning blends aligned to Thai consumer preferences, including spicy, sour, umami, and herbal profiles.
•Design seasoning systems for snack and instant noodle applications using powders, oils, and pastes.
•Lead product development from concept creation through pilot trials and commercialization.
•Partner with customers to translate briefs into innovative and commercially viable flavor solutions.
•Conduct sensory evaluations, competitive benchmarking, and product performance assessments while collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
•Fluency in Thai and English to support customer engagement in Thailand and collaboration with regional teams.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in seasoning, flavor, or food product development.
•Experience with snacks, instant noodles, flavor houses, ingredient suppliers, or food manufacturing environments.
•Strong knowledge of Thai flavor profiles, local cuisine, and consumer preferences.
