Job Summary

Lead delivery of rail and transport infrastructure projects across NSW, managing scope, programme, budget, risk, and commercial performance. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and advisory services, while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Partnering with technical specialists and Project Directors, you’ll support governance, reporting, and quality assurance, and contribute to work-winning activities such as proposals, bids, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of rail and transport infrastructure projects across NSW.
•Manage project scope, programme, budget, risk, and commercial performance.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, and advisory services.
•Support project governance, reporting, and quality assurance requirements, and contribute to proposals, bids, and client engagement.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing engineering, infrastructure, or transport projects in a consulting, client-side, or contractor environment.
•Strong understanding of project delivery principles, contracts, and commercial management.
•Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
