Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface for cost management services on complex construction projects.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle; produce and present cost plans across phases and work packages.
  • •Coordinate cost estimation development with design services and general contractors, ensuring alignment with scope and technical requirements.
  • •Conduct quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, and cost auditing to manage post-contract variances, change control, contingency, and commitment tracking.
  • •Prepare written submissions and monthly cost reports, drive value engineering sessions, and negotiate final accounts in a timely, structured manner.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry, with preferred exposure to data center or mission-critical projects.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects, ideally in mission-critical or highly technical environments such as data centers.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering, plus excellent communication skills.
