Key Responsibilities

  • •In conjunction with, or in the absence of, management staff, guide daily store operations and hourly associate activities to meet store objectives.
  • •Provide training for sales associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies and procedures.
  • •Support merchandising and product display set-ups in windows/showcases and on the sales floor to attract attention and promote sales.
  • •Ensure POS proficiency, maintain integrity through policy and procedure, and complete sales transactions involving cash, credit, or checks.
  • •Direct store up-keeping duties and help resolve customer issues by reviewing returned merchandise and restoring good public relations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • •3 to 6 months retail experience is preferred.
  • •Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram instructions.
  • •Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and a point of sale system.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
