Gear Box Field Specialist

Perform on-site maintenance, inspection, and repair of gearbox systems for customers worldwide. You’ll communicate with customers to assess needs, inspect gears and auxiliary components, replace and recondition parts (including LUFKIN and competitor gearboxes), and address malfunctions or emergencies. The role also includes vibration checks, supervising repairs and technical improvements, directing on-site teams, and preparing post-intervention reports.
