Job Summary

Build AI systems for TikTok’s Ads Creative team, shaping an end-to-end creator content supply platform that powers full-funnel ad performance. You’ll design multi-layered multi-modal ranking models, develop AIGC and multi-agent content production pipelines, create LLM-based video search and recommendation capabilities, and engineer automated creative selection and delivery engines that connect creatives to landing pages and product IDs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement multi-layered AI ranking models (recall, rough/fine ranking) based on multi-modal content to surface engaging, commercially viable ad creatives.
•Develop AI-driven content production pipelines using AIGC and a multi-agent system leveraging LLMs to improve efficiency and quality of creator supply.
•Build an authorization & retrieval platform, including LLM-based video search and recommendation systems and an agent for creator material supply.
•Engineer automated creative selection and delivery engines that integrate creator materials, client assets, and AIGC content.
•Create recognition and matching capabilities to link high-quality creatives with landing pages and product IDs to maximize ad performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing high-scale, distributed backend systems in fast-paced environments.
•Strong coding skills with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, plus strong engineering execution.
•Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate development cycles.
•Hands-on experience with AIGC, Large Language Models (LLMs), and/or AI Agents; strong ability to analyze, debug, and tune complex production systems.
