Financial Reporting Manager - Regulatory

Oversee the company’s regulatory reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate recurring and ad hoc filings with federal banking agencies, primarily the Federal Reserve. Lead regulatory reporting operations and the implementation of new regulatory reporting software, staying current on GAAP and regulatory updates while assessing impact to internal controls. Support audits and regulatory examinations and contribute to month-end close responsibilities and executive-level reporting.
