Lead Legal Engineering teams across EMEA, directly managing Legal Engineering Managers and supporting pre-sales customer engagements. Build scalable systems, processes, and operating mechanisms to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to law firm and legal department leaders and influence senior stakeholders as you help define the future of Legal Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, develop, and scale a team of Legal Engineering Managers and their organizations serving in-house customers.
•Build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms for Legal Engineering to deliver customer outcomes at scale.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution.
•Act as a trusted advisor to law firm and legal department leaders and an influential partner to senior stakeholders.
•Drive organizational performance through planning, resource management, talent development, and operational excellence, and help define the future of Legal Engineering.

Key Requirements

•Qualified lawyer with 12+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
•Experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a leading company with significant client-facing experience.
•Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations, not only individual contributors.
•Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
•Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models, and building cross-functional partnerships to drive results.
