Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate and audit hourly timesheets prior to payroll processing.
  • •Partner with managers and employees to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and ensure timely approvals.
  • •Review payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before payroll processing.
  • •Process payroll adjustments and transactions, and prepare/process final paychecks in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • •Respond to payroll inquiries, conduct payroll audits, support reconciliations/reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve payroll operations and compliance.
