Job Summary

Lead a growing Sales Engineering (SE) organization for Numeric, shaping enablement, AI-powered workflows, and a high-performance team. Own the SE function end-to-end, recruit and coach talent (including from non-traditional backgrounds), and partner with Product/Engineering to ensure we win complex deals with technical credibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the SE org end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team across the full sales cycle
•Design and run enablement programs that develop SEs, including candidates from non-traditional backgrounds, into world-class technical sellers
•Act as a servant leader to the revenue org, providing executive-level support on high-stakes opportunities and guiding the team through complex sales cycles
•Build and ship AI-powered workflows that improve how the team demos, preps, and scales their impact—without simply adding headcount
•Represent the voice of the field to Product and Engineering, using customer and regional insights to advocate for roadmap priorities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven track record building and leading SE teams at a SaaS company, ideally in a high-growth or early-stage environment
•Demonstrated ability to develop talent from non-traditional SE backgrounds (e.g., finance, accounting, consulting) with specific enablement programs they designed
•Hands-on use of AI to improve team workflows and scale impact, with concrete before/after examples of tool-driven change
•Experience designing and running enablement programs for sales engineers to grow technical selling skills
•Ability to collaborate effectively with Revenue, Product, and Engineering to align roadmap priorities and deliver measurable impact
