Team Lead, Sales Full Time

Lead on the sales floor to deliver strong consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model, while partnering with store management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals. Assist across store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Manage day-to-day team activities through delegation and follow-up, serve as a brand ambassador, and ensure compliance with asset protection and inventory procedures.
