Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out detailed design of tunnels and underground structures in soft ground and hard rock
  • •Carry out geotechnical and structural analysis for the proposed design
  • •Prepare submission reports for the detailed design including reports, drawings and specifications
  • •Coordinate with CAD team to prepare the drawings
  • •Formulate the preliminary construction methodologies based on geological and site constraints

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Civil/ Geotechnical Engineer (MICE or equivalent)
  • •5 - 10 years of relevant design experience in geotechnical, tunnels, underground structures and excavation and lateral support (ELS) systems
  • •Sound knowledge in geotechnical and structural engineering
  • •Familiar to use geotechnical and structural engineering software including but not limited to PLAXIS, FREW, SAP2000, FLAC etc.
  • •Proficiency in English
