Key Responsibilities

  • •Review process, customer, and specification documentation to determine product/process conformance
  • •Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including QMS procedures/forms, reports, and spreadsheet data
  • •Perform pre-shipment review and release of paperwork and product as the DQR self-release agent
  • •Review certificates of conformance, customer contracts, work orders for manufacturing, raw material acceptance, and product deviations
  • •Coordinate inspection activities for shipments and interpret drawings, including use of hand measuring tools and CMM reports

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED
  • •1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Inspection
  • •1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • •Experience with ISO90001
  • •Experience performing internal quality system and product audits
