Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI tools and capabilities for the Group AI Platform.
  • •Translate strategy into a multi-quarter roadmap with clear priorities across group capabilities.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, security, and compliance to deliver incremental products to the bank.
  • •Gather requirements, manage the backlog, and translate needs into scalable platform solutions with success criteria.
  • •Run discovery to identify adoption friction points and prioritize features based on business value, user needs, feasibility, and strategic goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Act as a product lead with experience building B2B products, ideally in a financial setting using AI or ML.
  • •Strong experience in ML/AI or a related field.
  • •Strong experience as a Product Leader for products and/or platforms.
  • •A university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •Fluent English communication and ability to collaborate with overseas teams on technical topics.
