Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, optimize, and execute ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD/ECL) and flow cytometry-based methods to support PK/PD and target engagement studies.
  • •Support assay development, optimization, qualification, and validation across non-GLP, IND-enabling GLP, and clinical studies.
  • •Design and execute DMPK and bioanalytical studies to generate PK/PD and exposure data for candidate selection.
  • •Process and analyze samples across NHP and rodent matrices, including serum, plasma, and tissue.
  • •Generate, analyze, and clearly document experimental data; maintain accurate lab records; and present findings to internal program groups and external CROs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. or M.S. in Biochemistry, Immunology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Hands-on experience developing and executing ligand binding assays using ELISA and MSD/ECL.
  • •Proven experience executing flow cytometry-based assays, ideally for receptor occupancy or target engagement.
  • •Experience supporting PK/PD sample analysis across NHP and/or rodent species in discovery or translational research.
  • •Ability to independently execute experiments, troubleshoot technical issues, and clearly summarize and present data.
