Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in pre-contract duties such as cost modelling, cost planning, benchmarking, and procurement tasks, including managing tender processes and compiling contract documentation.
  • •Assist in post-contract duties including site progress attendances, valuations, financial reporting, due diligence, and change control management.
  • •Collaborate with clients, designers and teams across Ireland and the UK, supporting project delivery from definition through to construction and building use.
  • •Engage in all stages of a project to learn through responsibility while receiving guidance from supervisors and mentors.
  • •Participate in the Early Careers Training Programme and Chartership preparation activities to develop technical and professional skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics (preferably RICS /SCSI accredited)

  • •Proactive and driven approach to work and promoting success
  • •Ability to work in a team of diverse individuals to meet common objectives
  • •Good organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and seek help when needed
